First Action Plumbing

Should have license pulled they do not honor their work and they do not listen. I have never been so disgusted. They are failures who dont solve problems. From the receptionist to the owner All I have experienced is ineptitude. I am deeply disappointed in being mistreated and disrespected because of your inability to do the work. I also am angered that rotor rooter are using scammers for on-call work.

First Action Plumbing was dispatched by Choice Home Warranty to repair a water leak beneath kitchen. Upon arrival said it was the appliance, not the plumbing and recommended getting appliance repair. Called appliance repair who confirmed it was not the appliance but rather the PLUMBING all along. Total process ended up costing me $160: $85 for First Action to not fix the problem; $75 for appliance guy to tell me it was plumbing. First Action also over charged me for the visit. Charged $85 instead of $75 as per Choice Home Warranty. I have called several times and no answer and no return call from voicemails. They told Choice Home Warranty they would refund the $10 but that was 20 days ago. No refund has been received. Choice Warranty was also not able to get a hold of First Action so they had to dispatch another company.
