The consistency you would expect from a Hampton Inn. One of the bigger rooms I've seen, 4th floor just across from the elevator. Had to ask for waters, but that's not unusual. Exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Breakfast had the usual options as well. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Near the Buc-ee's which was great to fill up before hitting the road again in the morning.

The front desk was very helpful answering questions before we booked. The rooms were fine, the free breakfast was not good, the parking lot was full but so was the hotel, no extra space to spare. For one night in a road trip it was fine.

Our family booked a vacation where we were driving to Florida from Ohio and decided to book a room to stay the night in rather than driving straight through and decided on this location. When booking, I chose the wrong date for our stay in error without realizing it until the day we arrived at the hotel for our trip. Rather than trying to make an attempt to transfer the original booking to the night we needed, the front desk attendant didnt even try to help and instead basically forced us to purchase the most expensive room they had available. Without much choice, we still decided to give the hotel our business. Ive made theee attempts now to try contacting the hotel directly to remedy the situation and get the original booking refunded without any response. I feel that since we still decided to stay at the property, asking for a refund on that original booking made in error is fair. With the being said, while the room we stayed in was spacious, the shower didnt provide our family of 4 any hot water, being lukewarm at best, putting a damper on what was a 10 hour drive in the car for that day. Ive stayed at other Hampton properties across the country and the level of service here definitely was not up to the standards Im used to. For our next road trip/family vacation, we will definitely look elsewhere. Rooms: No hot water in showers but relatively spacious for a family of 4 Walkability: Close proximity to restaurants in the area Noteworthy details: Front desk attendant didnt seem very interested in helping us upon arrival, almost looking bothered after getting off of a phone call with another customer.
