In May of 2021, I had Shane Walker, owner of Affordable Handyman Service, LLC, come into my home and replace every wall outlet, every light switch, six ceiling fans and four outside light fixtures. Needless to say, not only did he replace the electrical components, he also corrected a myriad of electrical problems. From components being wired backwards (giving negative polarity readings), ground wires not being connected, improperly installed aluminum wire to copper wire connections (house has original aluminum wiring) to missing/improperly installed junctions boxes and wiring sheathing being breeched (exposing bare wiring), he corrected every problem. I can only say that his professional work ethic, knowledge of work involved, attitude of "If your going to do something might as well do it right, and skill level are exemplary and above reproach ( A 5 star rating across the board). I seriously doubt that my wife and I would have received this level of service from anyone else! Oh, by the way, shockingly AFFORDABLE!!! Thank you so much, Shane. Scott W. Mobile AL

November 4, 2021 Affordable Handyman Services strikes again. Determined low flow in toilet flush and corrected, replaced kitchen faucet, overhauled all kitchen sink water cutout valves in a timely, professional manner. Even returned to correct leaking valves at no additional charge- now thats service!! Once again, the best of the best and at very reasonable cost. Shane does exceptional work. Most importantly his work is done the right way and he'll keep you updated on the progress. Shane was able to answer all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. A true professional and highly recommended.

Shane was exactly who we were hoping to find when we realized we were not able to cut/apply the crown molding in our home. We contacted him and within the day he got back with us. He was able to make it happen for a very affordable quote and in a very timely manor. Most importantly his work was awesome! We will recommend him to anyone who asks in the future!

Shane removed and reinstalled one zone in my sprinkler system. I had to replace the field lines for the septic system and that company would not do any sprinkler work. Shane came in below other estimates and treated my yard like his own. He went above and beyond and exceeded expectations. High quality work - very professional. Highly recommended!!
