        I just moved to the area and it was my first time at a Belk's. It seemed like the departments were well organized, but they had a giant sale going on... whoa... racks everywhere crammed with items. It was crowded and confusing, so I just stuck to what I could find fairly quickly. Fortunately there were many choices in a variety of sizes. I was able to find several things to try on and didn't have to wait too long to use the fitting room. It looked like servicing them wasn't a priority, as the rooms were filled with discarded clothing. There had been a long line of shoppers when I arrived, but the counter was staffed well and they were moving folks along very efficiently. The clerk I had was very friendly and gave me information about the $ I'd save if I opened an account. I am usually not a pushover, but she was really friendly and not pushy, so I am now a proud owner of a Belk's credit card :)
