The worst physical store location for any business. The staff is slow, uneducated and rude. Was yelled at sign in a wait list. Waited while 3 employees talked helping no one. Was finally told I needed to drive back home to bring an old router to replace with a new router. Thats more wasted time. Customer service rep said driving 7 miles there and back is no big deal. Then you drive! They never know what is going on, how to do anything and the polo wearing manager does nothing but chit chat and hide in the back. The WORST STAFF EVER. The worst Spectrum. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I came in needing help activating phones and left with an upgrade. J'lynn was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Returned phone modem, since we switched land line to Verizon.

When we moved to a new home I contacted customer service to set up new service. I told them I did not want to cut service off at the old address until we got move out of the old location so they created a new account. Once we completed the move, I called to cancel the old address, however they failed to tell me that they do not prorate the service for the month. I received a bill for an entire month for only 3 days of service so I contacted customer service once again. The agent told me that because it was only 3 days past the billing period they would back date the service and I would not be charged anything for the billing period and to disregard the bill. I never received anymore billing notification until I got a notification from a bill collector for the full amount. Currently there is no option for another company providing WiFi/cable in our area but is scheduled to be coming soon. Once they do come to this area, Spectrum will be gone from my home and will never get another penny from me
