Pet Urgent Care of Enterprise

We arrived as a walk-in on a Saturday morning, with our cat Tigger who wasn't walking on one of his paws.We were seen immediately and Tigger examined by a vet tech and then veterinarian.They were all knowledgeable and compassionate, treating us and our pet with respect.We would certainly use them again if the need arises. Thank you for your excellent care. PS: Tigger doing much better and is bearing wgt after receiving antibiotics and pain medicine.

Hands down the greatest staff I've personally had the pleasure of witnessing period. If dogs could talk Tyson would tell you all about his new guardian angels.

My dog was bitten by a snake, she saw her regular vet and was sent home with medication. The next day, her leg was swollen and looked blistered and she was in so much pain. I called several vet office in Enterprise and Dalton but none of them will take her because it was so close to closing. One of the vet office recommended pet urgent care because they were open later. I called prior to getting to the office. They took all of my pets information and told me to come on in even though it was close to their closing time.The vet, Dr. Kim Osley and her staff was professional friendly and had Disney level customer service. They treated my pup wound aggressively and gave me instructions on how to continue the care at home until I can see my regular doctor. The next morning the leg was not doing any better and I took her to her regular vet. My regular vet called Dr.Osley and she staffed. My pups case with her regular vet and collaborated on care to make sure my pup did not lose her leg. She even went above and beyond to follow up with my baby on a Saturday to make sure there was continuation of care over the weekend. Being Military and coming in and out of this area. Several times this level of care was refreshing. There needs to be more like this in this area. Emergency after hours for a pet is nonexistent here. I am very grateful for Dr. Osley and her staff and will recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful staff, nice facility, great if you need emergency services or are just looking for a good vet. Unlike many emergency vets they dont try to tack on extras to the bill- mine was $100 LESS than quoted. Highly recommend.
