        Ms Beverly I don't have words to describe how good she was at helping us to get our new home she didn't give up on us like other realtors. If could leave a 10 star review I would have given her a 100 more stars for the time and patience she had with us. I really appreciate it house was clean and spotless on moving day

        I have to deal with a few different managers here. Some more helpful than others. The house they rented to me burnt down in december because of faulty wiring in their refrigerator. Half of my rent money was in a drawer. They did nothing to help me replace or Rebuild my life except. Forgive me, air mattress to sleep on and tell me to call red cross. I have one manager catching an attitude with me. Because I was late with rent and threatened to evict me because the fire had nothing to do with him. They moved me to a new house redid my lease, but my roommate is currently having an operation and can't sign paperwork, so they simply removed her name from the least and will not put her name back on it, which is something we needed done for legal matters. But that's not their fault or their problem. This is the kind of stuff that makes people mad about renting. But I need a place to live

        My experience with Village at Hickory Street was excellent!!! I was able to do self guided tours of 3 homes and take my time to note what each home had to offer and their differences in floorplan The office staff was very friendly & knowledgeable and shared with me the current promotions I really liked the fact yard service and pest control are provided and each house has a fenced in backyard and 2 car garages!! The convenience to shopping is unmatched
