        On vacation we had a rental vehicle that needed a tow. We were in an emergency situation I needed a 6 AM to tow to the airport. They would not service and assist us until 9 AM and made us wait. That is not emergency service. This is the reason I did not give them a more stars. the driver was super kind and office personnel, who took our call was very kind and sweet, but nobody went the extra mile to assist us and tow us 6 AM. They did work with my insurance company, so that part was hasslefree. Auto Medical Wrecker was pretty good.
