I appreciate the gentleman for taking care of my flat tire today, even though I was such a jerk. They were so nice and I was back on the road in no time! I truly appreciate it! My foster dog said thank you for the doggy treat

Very disappointed in Service. They are great at oil change not service. Three times in a row now I have had a bad experience. I dropped off last time for a leaking tire and specifically asked 2 different people, made sure one was the manager that I could pick my car up first thing in the morning. My wife was leaving with a car full of girls for the beach. I had to have it by 10am. First one up in the morning sirshould have it done by 9/9:30 at the latest. I pull up at 10am to pick up the vehicleIts still sitting in the lot and hasnt seen the bay yet. Well- that manger is not here and I dont know what he told youbut if you can come back at noon we will have it ready. Ya I felt lied to and then he made me feel like it was my fault and I should never have expectations like that when dealing with car repair. Totally un professional and just bad people service. 3rd time in a row I have felt like this!!
