I have shopped at this store multiple times with no issues. Today, while with my 2 kids, we were in line waiting on our turn to check out 2 items. One register was open. The cashier had to get the manager to get change. After several minutes, the manager brings the change. While the cashier is counting the money, the manager motions us over to a different register to check out. He realizes quickly the register is down. He states it needs to be rebooted. I tell him the young lady on the other register should check us out because we are next in line. She has not checked out the customers behind us yet. The manager states that there @really is not a line. I repeat that we were next. He says well its okay. My reply was that its not okay with me because we are next in line. The other cashier STILL has not started checking out the next customer. I said, Sir, you know that this is not the correct thing to do. He states its okay, they only have a few items. I point out that we only have TWO itemsthey have at least four. He does not make eye contact nor does he comment. We left the items on the checkout counter and left. Lesson for the kidsdo not patronize any business that is disrespectful and displays such poor customer service. We will not return.

Didnt like my experience here with the cashier and the wrong signs on certain sections. Made it a little difficult at the register.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had, hateful, arrogant, zero friendliness, zero customer service, it bothers them to have to talk and if they speak to them in Spanish it is worse. An URGENT change of employees.

I think the employees in this store are racist against black people. All the workers I saw were Hispanic and 99% of the customers were Hispanic. Coincidentally I (a black person) was the only one approached by a very rude worker who was apparently annoyed that I was going through the clothes looking for the correct size. She came over in an aggressive way with a loud sigh and asked if I needed help. I told her no, she then proceeded to fold the pile of clothes I was going through right next to me (this is a small space were in so it was obvious she was mad that I messed up her perfectly folded clothes) I tried to squeeze past her to look at another set and she told me she could get what I was looking for but not in a nice friendly customer service way , in a hostile tone. Meanwhile other shoppers were going through clothes with no issue. Again I said no. Complained to the cashier but she said absolutely nothing and honestly they looked the same age and are probably friends. That girl needs another job ASAP and it should not deal with customers. Shes probably cost that store money from offended (black)customers. I was going to let it go but when I told my teenaged son, he said the exact same thing happened to him earlier this week at the same store, so definitely not an isolated incident.
