        I have been with this bank for over 15 years and I have problems with them every time I go to theses banks dont bank here

        Around 12:30 pm on 11/14/22 I entered the Schillinger Rd branch. I was greeted by a new employee Asian descent. I know that you have to start from somewhere but its evident that she needed more training to make her knowledgeable with her position. I explained to her that I received a call about fraudulent transactions the previous day. I had to reiterate to her with numerous attempts of trying to clear up my account. She made me feel as if thou I wasnt the victim. After 30 minutes of waiting with no resolution. I told her to just give me my information. She pushed my belongings across the counter and argue with me as I was walking out. I have never in my life felt so disrespected and belittled. I have banked with this credit union for over 12 years. I have been thinking long and hard about closing all my accounts out because I will not let anyone treat me in such a manner that I trust with my money. I will never refer this credit union to anyone again!
