        There was only one worker and told me to wait in my car for my driver's test. Never told us that we had to wait till 10:30 and sat there waiting expecting for someone to come out. Then got yelled at when going back inside. The worker is very rude.

        Lady that works here is so rude and hateful! Treated people so mean and was very unhelpful. Kids are excited to get permits and drivers test and she is mean to them. She needs to get help or find another job. Definitely not suitable for working with public

        Lady is overworked and it allowing it to make her abrasive/rude to the people seeking service. ALEA needs to either get her help, move her to a better staffed location, or just plain close this one and move her to another.
