If you are guinuinly seeking recovery then this joke of a medically facility is the last place you need to reach out to.How in the hell does a patient with PTSD have a complete meltdown,a Panic attack ,in front of literally every counselor on duty And not one of them tried to calm me down or assiste in ANY way. They just all gathered and stared at the " crazy lady"And then they had the audacity to contact the police and then kick me out of the program...the program that has kept me clean for longer than I ever imagined possible. It is common knowledge that mental health issues and addiction go hand in hand.It is a shame the way you treat the "unfortunates"who make up your clientel I trusted that y'all were there to help me not put more undue stress on me while I'm trying so very hard to fight this debilitating hungry soul retching disease. And if you don't know what I mean then with all my heart I hope you never have to find out..It breaks my to see the people who are supposed to be compassionate towards addicts treat their patients like trash......But I do want to exclude the nurse Miss Kathy. She was the only employee who was always respectful and was great at her job She never looked down her nose at the patients ..who btw..are the reason all Yall got a JOB ..,

I've been an addict since I was 15. (I'm 35 now). Started with pain pills, meth, ice, cocaine. My DOC is pain pills tho. In 2014, my uncle overdosed after doing heroin ONE TIME. My dad had overdosed when I was 6 on fentanyl patches. Pain pills were few and far between. On October 1st, 2014, I made the life changing decision to start the methadone clinic. It took me a long time to get it right. But I have been in treatment here for 10 years & I am one of the ones who will be on it for the rest of my life. But I'm okay with that. My kids deserve me as a recovering addict, not as an active one!!
