Homestead RV Community

The back in concrete site was large (huge) and level, with plenty of parking for my truck, with good water pressure and no issues with 50A service, WIFI was amazing. Check in was extremely smooth, called 10 minutes out as they requested, was met at the entrance by the camp host led to our parking spot. The bathroom/shower house were clean and well kept. The laundry room clean and everything worked well. Playground, community fire pit, cornhole near the stocked pond and swings hanging from trees throughout the park was great. The campground is the best maintained I have seen and located approximately 20 minutes from Dauphin Island and an easy drive to Mobile. Very dog friendly. The people there (everyone; owners, host, other campers) were great and very friendly. Very relaxing week. Thank you all!

We absolutely love this RV destination. We spent 3 months on site 17 which has a perfect view of the lake and magnificent live oak trees. While here we met many great RVers and enjoyed learning where they were from/headed to. Owners Ed and Monica are lovely people and their staff Jim and wife, Brian and Sue keep an immaculate park. The grounds and sites are well cared for and groomed. The laundry and restrooms kept very clean. High speed internet and utilities are very dependable. Sites are planned in a manner that makes parking your RV very easy on level concrete pads. Sites are spacious and there is lots of green space between every site. The location provides everything that these two snowbirds need; a rural setting with easy access to shopping, medical or veterinary care if needed, a short drive to the island and beach or to the city of Mobile. We look forward to our return next winter.

Brand new RV park in a great location close to Dauphin Island. Large concrete pads, bathrooms and showers are all first class. Only 15 minutes off I-10 but a quiet, pastoral setting.

Homestead RV is a great camping experience. Camp sites are very large and can accommodate both your RV and vehicle. Very well maintained and staff are friendly and accommodating. Very close to great places to eat. My husband and I will be returning again. Food & drinks: Found many places for great seafood.

Homestead RV was very nice. Level pads with nice views. Our sight #21 was a front facing overlooking the pond. Everyone was nice. They are currently have a pool house under construction. They also offer hot tubs that they will bring to your campsite for $100 set up and less than $10 per day rent. Overall, Homestead is a great place to stay. We will be back.
