        Dr. Andrew's was absolutely amazing !! My daughter has been really sick for quite sometime now and I was having a hard time finding someone that would listen and be willing to help... The receptionist got us in immediately and was just as helpful !! I am so very thankful and will never take her anywhere else !!

        This is my second review of Acent. I gave them 1 star last time because the doctors were polite and seemed to know what they were doing. I would not give it any stars this time if that were possible. March 20, 2023 I had an appointment to check my hearing. Acent recommend hearing aids. Although my insurance had approved the purchase it is now the end of June and I still do not have hearing aids. The hearing aids were never ordered. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! Customer service is lousy!

        Just about the worst experience I have had with any gatekeepers, administrative staff and office in general. I was referred to an outside office for a procedure they couldnt perform and now I cant get a question answered or a phone call returned. Washed their hands of me and erected barriers to future care. Truly awful experience.
