Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Danielle, Khalid, A.J. and the rest of the Enterprise team delivered top-notch customer service from start to finish! Very grateful and will definitely be renting from you all again the next time we're in Anchorage.

This place deserves less than one star. They promised me a better car, and then never looked for one (for two months). They charged my cc but wont tell me what for. Cant get them on the phone - they don't answer it just rings then goes to hold recording. Ive been renting from Enterprise for more than a decade with the BEST service, but this particular office in Anchorage is HORRIBLE. I hope its not a reflection on the rest of Enterprise. I want to file a formal complaint against this office. Despite what Enterprise advertises on their website, this office makes up their own rules. Unbelievable that this office is still in business they shouldnt be.

AJ was amazing! I appreciate his excellent customer service. He even wished me Happy birthday, which he noticed from my driver's license! My rental car is perfect

I had an auto accident and was hurt, rented a car from these people, and I was charged after I returned it. $87.16 for what? They said it was a mistake and charged the rental fee. They also said they return the funds, but they will not! I feel they are trying to find a way to drum up some kind of charge to get more money out of me. I have rented from these people 2 times, they did the same thing last time... each time they give you attitude because I won't pay for their extra car insurance. Yes, I am sure they get bonuses for that my pocket book says no.... As if this whole issue with my car accident wasn't enough.... I am being ripped off. Why ?.. . .. this is annoying, and I had to pay out of pocket for the rental because Allstate wouldn't pay up front and wanted to reimburse me... This experience has been stressful, and now enterprise is making it worse.. They won't give me back my funds they mistakenly charged me on...
