Paid $300 to $400 for them to provide a detail list of what needs to be fixed and a quote. Never received it.

I left a message for them at 7:30 am. It was -18f at my house and the heat was not working properly in my home. By 9am I had a guy in my garage working on it. Fixed by 10am. I'm beyond impressed and would recommend this company to anyone looking.

Horrible!. Tech said nothing was wrong with our heater although its loud. Never received an invoice of what they checked, found or not found. Then I get a call from the office wanting to collect a service charge; when it was going through our HSA (she had no idea) . Reached out to HSA and they havent heard from company either and its been a week. I called another company to come out and the motor is going out! With these temperatures thats a pretty serious issue
