        Bent my wedding pictures that were in an envelope and continued to bend them despite being asked not to. Tried to charge like $3 an envelope but all separate transactions despite it fitting through the slot that allows it to be paid by stamp. We decided to leave and just put them in the drop box because the level of disrespect. ONE MONTH LATER the envelopes are on my doorstep requiring extra postage and completely destroyed. I paid around $400 on these photos and thank you cards to be sent out and your carelessness and disrespect ruined them. Thanks alot. My husband is keeping me from coming in there and giving you a piece of my mind.

        Long lines. Sadly the postage rates keep getting higher and higher, while the service keeps getting slower and worst.
