        I walk up to the kiosk and there are no customers in line. There is a sign that says cash or CHECK only. Since I dont have cash and its not 1986, I got nothing. What makes more senselosing 30 cents on the credit card fee, or losing the $17.00 I would have spent? When the place is so busy there are lines out the door, then they are in the position to make demands on the customer. When this is not the case, its an obvious case of penny wise, pound foolish
