Very good. Was polite, and obviously new what he was doing. I have two Sub-Zeroes. Some repair shops won't work on them because of their complexity. Budget had no problem, and, in fact, said he preferred working on them. He did a good job.

I called about a washing machine repair on boat, just a few days before we planned to depart on a long trip. Our machine was throwing us an error code that we couldnt decipher and we didnt know where to start. Budget Appliance told me they wouldnt be able to get parts for our rather obscure washing machine brand on short notice, and that he could save us the cost of coming out to the boat by doing a diagnosis over the phone. After hearing us describe the problem and the error code, he took the time to research the likely cause and send us links to the schematic and the part numbers. He could easily have come out for a service call and charged us for his time. Such an honest business is a rare find these days. I cant recommend Budget Appliance highly enough.
