        The cabin is wonderful! Id arrive on a flooding tide at least 6ft or greatertheres a flat spot that makes loading/unloading challenging between 2-6 foot tide. The oil Nordic stove tank was full when we arrived, and after two days of use filled about a gallon before we left. The parents stayed in the cabin (plus the dog) and we pitched a tent in a fantastic, flat and mossy location for some privacy. Thanks to the FS for a wonderful cabin experience! Nearby activities: Salmon fishing at Castle River; shrimp pots can be set between cabin and opposing island to north. Walkability: Just a wonderful intertidal area with gorgeous little rounded gravel pebbles coloring the shore.
