        This company needs to be put out of business. There is absolutely zero customer service. If your Internet goes out, you are out of luck. Absolutely do not use ACS for home internet. When it works, it's fine, but if it goes out, you are basically on your own. Our service has been out all weekend. We are canceling our service with ACS.

        Their customer service is terrible. I was on hold for an hour and a half trying to figure out why my home internet wasnt working properly. When someone finally picked up, she wanted to transfer me and put me on hold again. The problem was not resolved. In fact, my service got worse as soon as I hung up. Im switching to Spit Spot.
