Ann was great with helping us purchase a vacation home to escape the summer heat! We had a couple issues prior to closing and she kept us well informed of what was happening. She also had lots of contacts and resources to call upon for expert help in getting things fixed and settled. We have never had a realtor that went above and beyond as much as Ann did. She is awesome!

Ive known Ann Adam for years. She is really easy to work with. She got me into my first home, my second and more to come. She goes above and beyond. I speak very highly of Ann. Ann Adams is an absolute saint and a kindred spirit and a blessing to work with. Ann sold my uncle a condo back in 2019 and even 4 years later when my uncle passed away, Ann STILL cared. She came to my uncles funeral, and because she cared about my uncle so much, she also worked diligently and did everything in her power to help me stop foreclosure on the property after a lengthy and delayed probate process. And now shes helping me prepare the condo for sale again. Let me tell you what, its rare to find a real estate broker that legitimately CARES about the people, and Ann is one of the few that actually do. Highly HIGHLY recommend working with Ann if youre looking to buy or sell property. I promise you she will have your best interest at heart. Such an amazing woman, Im so grateful for her words dont do it justice.
