    They dont seem to answer their phones anymore. I know they have been struggling to keep a doctor onboard, and just take care of their current patients. Feeling just left in the dark half way through a 5 year treatment plan. Cant get ahold of them.

    My son is a student at NAU and went here to get his retainer adjusted (we are from Tucson). The staff was so friendly, and they adjusted it at no charge. He will definitely be back!

    Terrible communication. Nobody answers the phone or calls you back. Want to reschedule? Forget about that, you may as well lose your appointment.

    I know I previously made a 5-star review initially but this is my update. The only reason I came was for the best dental assistant Briley, who has since left this place (for good reason). The overturn of staff, including the doctor, makes it hard because they dont know your case and dont know how to work on teeth at all. My husbands initial braces treatment was 2 years and he STILL has them on because of the constant change of doctors and constant tx plan changes. Not to mention the front staff never know whats going on. Ill reschedule appts and show up on my rescheduled date/time, but my appt was never rescheduled. Dont come here for your ortho care. Not worth it.

Not sure where you get your information. We have had the same doctor for years and have no plans to change. We do answer our phones, but if you are having trouble reaching us that way, please email [email protected]. Thank you.
