        Pillar at Fountain Hills is top notch in my opinion. The staff (Mickey, Meghan and Edgar) genuinely appreciate you as a tenant. They asked me numerous times during my residence how everything was going and if I needed anything. This is the fifth time I have rented in the area, but the first time I ever felt truly welcome, wanted, and valued as a tenant. Recently, I relocated out of state, so I gave up my residence at Pillar. My deposit was returned quickly, less the last CONSERVICE bill, which I fully understood would be done. If I return to the area, this will definitely be my first choice!

        Ive been a resident since this property had first opened. Ive recently switched homes within the property and very pleased with my new location. Mickey, our property manager has been a true blessing to our community. She was exceptionally helpful with my recent move and gets things done! Much has been improved since shes moved to our community as manager, advocate for residents and neighbor.

        Great place to live! The community offers great amenities, is safe, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help in a timely manner. Mickey is courteous and prompt in answering questions and providing information!

        I had a great experience living here until I went to move out. I was not given my deposit back as agreed by the manager after the move out inspection. I have emailed many times and have asked for my full deposit back and have gotten no response or refund.

        In addition to the homes and neighborhood being beautiful, I would like to commend the community staff. It's clear they all work well together. Mickey is always polite and professional. She takes the time to listen and responds in a timely manner. She genuinely cares about us and the community. Mickey, Meghan, and Edgar do their jobs with a smile.
