Wellness Water Filtration Systems

I continue to get fake mail every 1-2 weeks saying I have a package on hold, when in reality they just want you to call them to do a water test/free gift and sell you a water softener. I have called to have them remove me from their system yet I continue to get junk mail. I understand if it was once or twice, but this continues to be an issue.

Sends post card pretending you missed a package. What a terrible and unethical marketing tactic. (I've received about 10 of these fake missed package notices in 4 months)

An absolute scam. They keep sending these parcel on hold cards in the mail that mimic usps parcel on hold notices. I love how theyre responding to reviews saying this is a simple tool to reach customers. If thats all it was, yall would be transparent and not attempt to impersonate the usps! Furthermore, I called and asked to be taken of the mailing list and they still keep sending me this trash. Pristine, you prey on folks who dont have the ability to tell this is a scam. I cant help but worry about the older folks who genuinely think they have a package waiting and fall for this. Whats funny is I actually am in the market for a water softener, but I wont even consider Pristine thanks to their shady marketing tactics. If you offered a quality product you wouldnt need to resort to this.

They continue to send me mailers telling me I "have a package" to pick up... Instead it's just a scam to get you to call them for a presentation of their water softeners. I did, even agreed to have a guy come out, he was cool, but I'd have to install their system out back, cut up into my attic and look at it from my pool? I think not. I politely declined and even then I still had to call back again to get the gift card they promised me. The lady was very nice and I did get my card, no issue there. But here we are two month later and I'm STILL getting these cards in the mail at least once a week telling me I have a package and to call. I reached out on their website, I still get them. Next time I get one I'll call, but please be environmentally friendly and stop mailing junk mail. There's no recycling program here so your mail literally is just filling up landfills in Arizona.

Any company that would try to trick you into calling them with a fake notice that a parcel on hold notice like theyre the post office doesnt deserve your business. Would never deal with these shady people based on that alone
