        When I made my appt I stated specifically that I needed a chip on the bonding of my front teeth repaired. It has been bothering me very much. I came in and the dentist stated that bonding is not a "forever" kind of "fix", that I need to have crowns put on the 4 teeth I have bonded! He went on to say they will last 30 years. I told him I am nearly 70 years old, I don't need a 30 year guarantee. He refused to fix anything, told me someone would come in and go over the price of crowns. Then while I waited I received a text stating my cleaning appt next week is cancelled! Why?? Why didn't they tell me he does not do bonding when I made the appt? Maybe the office is slow and they need to upsell a bit. It would have take a few minutes to make my tooth smoother and more presentable. I left in tears. I was polite, I did not demand anything, I don't understand why I was treated so poorly. Don't let dentists take advantage of you, if you're not happy take your business elsewhere. Maybe I will end up with the crowns, but this office will not benefit. I will never go back. They simply do.not.care. That's a shame.

        The staff at the 75th Ave Dental Studio are all professionals. Stephanie, Veronica, Dr. Ravi and Joshua, all made me feel important and special, like a VIP. They all had big smiles, were all personable, positive, and answered all my questions about my present and future treatment. I am happy I chose Dr. Ravi as my new dentist, and I truly look forward to my future planned dental treatment. 75th Ave Studio Dental ROCKS!
