I would refer this company to anyone who needs to have their gunite pool resurfaced. Linda is very knowledgeable and professional as she came out and explained everything to me about the resurfacing process. She even told me that I could get another year out of the pool if I wanted to wait, since I told her I just moved in. I decided not to wait and spoke with Theresa to schedule me at their earliest opportunity, which was a couple of months out. You can imagine my surprise when a couple weeks later I received a call saying she had an opening to start the next day, if I wanted them to. Of course, that made me ecstatic! My pool would be complete and usable before spring! All the guys who came to work on the pool did a great job and left everything cleaned up and nice at the end of each day, as well as being very polite and knowledgeable as I asked questions. They put some blue quartz in the plaster that makes my pool look so inviting. If there is ever anything that needs to be done to my pool, I know I will be calling Big Blasters!

AMAZING!!!! I have no words to express my gratitude to Bigblaster's Linda, Sean and Josh defenitely know what customer service is.. I was bugging them for 2 years to do something out of the norm and they finally did it and my pool is amazing!!! So Happy!!don't waste your time with other pool companies, just go straight ahead to the BEST.. Thank you again Bigblasters..
