Not impressed with making a call that has to go thru an answering svc, & being on hold while they call the location and fish around for someone w the answer to your question. Even less impressed w your organization when I express this to the M.A. and hear they don't care for it either, it's in the top 2 of complaints from patients and that said answered used to be literally in the location not a 3rd party outsourced group. The ten min rule is laughable, my appt was 330, due to a traffic incident enroute I arrived at 332 vs the 315 I was asked to be. I was called by asst at door at 350. Let's not act like it's almost not rule of thumb that when it comes to med appts the typical appt of 2 pm means your in an exan room by say 215 and the dr is with you 5 to 10 mins later. Now that's all to regards to managing directors or such making the policy. RE the staff and Dr Jason Wong, all were very professional and impressive. Dr Wong showed a true concern for the situation and even implemented steps to move my case a little faster given what he saw and diagnosed. Points to them all!
