Unfortunately my experience with this dental practice ended on a sour note, with the loss of a tooth due to their failure of proper and timely care. I had regular cleanings with them since 2020 and at one point they identified what looked like a decay under the crow on my last bottom right tooth but decided to just watch. I was told everything looked great in every visit until last year, when they found a very deep pocket on my left last bottom tooth. How do things go from wonderful to a 10 mm deep pocket was puzzling to me. After this cleaning visit, I also got an infection and called them on a Friday for an antibiotic prescription. Their service didn't call back and I had to schedule and pay for an appointment the following week, when the lesion was already healing on its own. For the deep pocket problem, I went to see a periodontist for a bone graft behind the last left tooth. They also did a very thorough cleaning afterwards and reported back to Dr Schwartz on the decay under the crown on the last right bottom tooth. They failed to call me then and didn't bring it up when I came for my cleaning with them 4 months later. Long story short, by the time the tooth started to hurt, it was too late to do anything. I had to get it extracted and I am now waiting for an implant after bone graft healing. I have spent thousands of dollars by now, but the money is nothing compared to the fact that my tooth loss could have been avoided if they had done their job properly.
