Dr. Gondras office came recommended by my OBGYN, and initially I was happy with my experience. My initial appointment and the appointment I had to have an HSG done I felt cared for and listened to. After that it all fell apart and I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience after that. I was told after my HSG procedure that I needed to have surgery and I was under the impression it needed to be scheduled as soon as possible. I called 4 times over the course of 5 months to get this surgery scheduled and received an excuse and a promise of a call back every time. I never received a call back. I called a 5th time only to find out she joined a practice and that they didnt have any record of me ever being a patient of Dr. Gondra. I was told a message would be sent over to her team and I would receive a call back in 24 hours. I did not and proceeded to call 2 more times only ever getting a voicemail. It was only after I called and left a voicemail saying I would be switching doctors and no longer wished to proceed with their practice that I received persistent call backs from their office to schedule the surgery. This has been such a frustrating and stressful experience, and one I most definitely did not need. I have already had 2 traumatic experiences with ovarian cyst removals, one that resulted in me almost dying, sepsis, a hematoma, and blood transfusions, and the infertility issues I am now dealing with. This would have been my third cyst removal surgery and now I have a toxic fallopian tube that needs removed. All I wanted was for this to finally be handled and for my husband and I to be able to start our family, something weve been trying to do for 2 years, and it was drug out with excuses and a blown off email from their office after I explained how I felt. I am so disappointed. Im not saying Dr Gondra is a bad doctor but I felt like my family and I meant nothing to them and they couldnt even give me an apology. So disappointed

We love Dr. Gondra. She is amazing and her team especially Jenn and Lisa make u feel right at home and comfortable. We had immediate success with our first iui and welcomed our first baby girl in November 2022. We cant wait to work with her for the next one!

Dr. Gondra and her team are extremely caring and thorough. I saw 4 other providers before finally finding Dr. Gondra and getting answers and proper care. Couldnt recommend her & the team enough!

I used this location for fertility assessment. They initially weren't willing to work with me unless I provided my partners information (although wasnt about him). After that, they treated me like a waste of their time. I went in for a procedure and during it even the doctor rushed through it and then walked out saying, you want to know if you can have children, you can, then walked out. It was like pulling teeth to get a copy of my records. I had to follow up 3 times and resend the signature form twice. The front desk lady was very unfriendly and cold. The doctor although nice at first felt she checked out quite quickly. It saddened me I had to go into their office in tears to get them to even agree to schedule me due to the lack of a partner information I wanted to provide. The front desk lady when I tried to explain he wasnt apart of it wrote me one sentence replied that she couldnt nor would call me to help me figure it out. The information was very informative. Its only their customer service and personal skills I provide a 1 star. We are now seeking IVF but we will not be using this clinic due to this.

Dr. Gondra and her team have gone above and beyond. I have never seen a doctor as caring and kind as Dr. Gondra. Ive been her patient for about a year. When I first established care she had me do some testing and walked me through the treatment options. I got pregnant twice, but I also miscarried twice. Im a somewhat complex case and had to go in with very little notice for each D&C. Dr. Gondra worked well outside of typical working hours on multiple occasions to make sure I had the care necessary and even rescheduled appointments during a time when some complications required hospitalization. She coordinated with other providers and read case studies specific to my situation. Im just blown away by how much she cared for me, and how much she cares about her patients in general. After the first D&C she had a conference to go to, and she was calling to check on me throughout her travels and during off hours. Nurse Lisa from the practice took very good care of me during the continuation of care when Dr. Gondra was away. Everyone in her office is very empathetic and caring. I will forever be grateful for everyone there, especially Dr. Gondra who is treating my medical condition with such care as if Im a part of her family. Dr. Gondra and the staff at the Gondra center are very competent, empathetic, and phenomenal. I would highly recommend Dr. Gondra to anyone considering fertility treatment.
