I came to cycle bar for my first time working out since having a baby and I am so thankful I did. It's extremely challenging, but everyone there is so supportive of pushing your body to it's own limits and going at your own pace whatever that means. From the receptionist to the other guests to the two instructors I've had so far (Zailey and Aida) I have felt nothing but kindness and support. The classes vary in music and exercises and I love that. I feel like I'm accomplishing something by becoming a member here; I'm being a better me. I highly recommend to try, even if you're not in your best shape yet.

As a long-time member of Cyclebar at The Shops at Norterra, I have seen a significant improvement in the location over the last 2-3 months. I was honestly on the brink of canceling my membership, but I'm glad to see them turning things around.

Just get a membership at a regular gym. Pay less and you can just youtube a cycle instructor. They are greedy. They just want your money. 69$ a month can turn into almost a grand a year. Go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Read the rest of the bad reviews. If you cancel on January 3rd, 3 days after you just paid for a month, they still make you pay full price for a whole other month. Trash place. Hated it. They don't care if your broke or hurt or move. Nothing. Selfish.
