Took the Wednesday night adult mma class. Was a lot of fun. Seemed kind of short but just because it was so fun the time went by really fast. Great beginner class. And had some more advanced people there as well. (Blue belt and green belt) Overall fun and worth doing again.

This program has been a game changer for my 9 year old boy! Jacob has always been a shy child, always preferring to keep to himself and even anti social. He lacked self confidence. My wife and I tried putting him in different sports and school clubs and he was never committed or interested in sticking to any of them. We decided to have him give PMA a try a little over a year ago and to my surprise he was hooked from day one! 6 months into the program he made the choice he wanted to commit to their three year black belt program and the entire family is enjoying his journey! He's been committed to growing becoming a better martial artist and person, he believes in himself more and showcases his confidence now. He loves training and his passion has made him so much more responsible, he's always on top of completing his practice at home, his excellence worksheets, and is always making sure we leave our house early to make it on time to class. We drive 30 min each way to class from Avondale twice a week, it's quite a drive but so worth the fulfillment our son and we as parents get from this program! The staff is super friendly and encouraging to the kids! PMA You ROCK!
