The pharmacist Ari (hopefully spelling is right) is amazing! We screwed up signing up for my vaccine appointment and she told us it was no big deal and shed be able to fix it. She was very busy with other patients and still sorted out our problem. She was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. She laughed at all of my bad jokes and had a big smile on her face the whole time! Thank you for everything!

Over the last couple of weeks I've had 2 of my prescriptions called in here and have been very impressed with the service I received. Ariel (I believe that's her name) has helped me both times and she was great. I called to check status and she said she'd have them ready for me immediately. Once I went down to pick it up I was inquiring about the dosage for children's Motrin and she took the time to ask questions about my daughter and then looked up what the proper dosage would be for me. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back! Thank you Ariel!!

My mother had surgery yesterday so Im temporarily staying in surprise to help her. I had to call four (yes, FOUR) times to correct the scripts on my order - wrong quantity filed, then again, brand filed incorrectly on one and then generic on another. Finally it seemed as though the order was correct, so I drove down from surprise to pick them all up only to find that the pharmacy hours changed on 1/14/22 and do not match the hours online. I missed them by 5 minutes and the clerk refused to even ask any of the workers who were very clearly still back there if they would make an exception and fill my scripts to save me another 2 hour trip down here to pick up the meds that I have not had in days. This was my second attempt to fill at this location - the first attempt was even worse. The pharmacist cut me off twice while I was asking about transferring scripts from another CVS location, insisting it would take a minimum of 5 days for them to process my request. He clearly did not even listen to what I was saying, because when I called the original CVS location to have them filled there one last time, they said that transfers between CVS locations are INSTANT. I called this CVS location back and had to raise my voice before the pharmacist actually listened to what I was requesting. He finally said oh, from another CVS. Okay Ill have them ready in an hour. If youre looking for pharmacists and techs with basic communication skills and competence, this is not the place for you.
