Kayla Shelley is fenomenal doctor. She cares a lot about her patients. I am so happy that is she my primary! If you are looking for a primary care doctor i definitely recommend Kayla Shelley !!! She will continue to be my primary. I was very pleased with the service i received at alpha med.

I came here 3x in 2 weeks for severe sinus and ear pain just to be handed medication after medication that didnt work. Tried to call to get an ENT referral and got no response or call back. After desperately calling around the valley i got in with an ENT specialist and was told i had severely congested and blocked sinuses and needed an immediate procedure to unblock them. Medicine isnt a bandaid and i could have resulted in way more serious issues if i didnt take the matter into my own hands.

We had a great experience at alpha med! Went in to get a physical for my son, we made an appointment & were seen on time everyone was very friendly and the physician who performed the physical was very thorough and listened to everything we had to say.

This place did nothing for me. Didn't even offer an xray. Went in for severe neck pain and was told there was nothing they could do besides write me a prescription for steroids. I will not come back here again. I'd recommend a different urgent care.
