The girl had an attitude and she never told us we needed a license. Nowhere did it even say we needed one so we go to the register and she had an attitude for no reason and was like where is you licence and she did not even help us with anything

First off I am not a licensed professional and no where in the store says only licensed professionals can shop here. I walked in with my sisters, decided on some items for about 40+ minutes and not once were we asked if we needed any help or was notified that we wouldn't be able to purchase here when it was clear we've never been. I walked to the register to pay and received instant attitude when I asked about a product and was then told we wouldn't be able to purchase anything, not even a literal hairbrush. So basically horrible customer service and zero communication I recommend just going to Sally's where everyone's actually friendly.
