All the folks were friendly and they do wonderful work! Had a motorhome windshield replaced...looks great.

Bennett Glass did an amazing job replacing the windshield on my 2005 Land Cruiser. They worked with my insurance company to secure approval of the necessary windshield and molding. And the installation itself was quick and clean - its indistinguishable from the original windshield in both appearance and quality. I couldnt be happier with their work and cannot recommend Bennett Glass strongly enough - theres nowhere else Ill ever take my vehicles in Prescott.

Edit to original review: Bennett Glass was able to fix the issue I had and Im changing my review accordingly. I understand the complexity of running a business and appreciate their willingness to make things right. - I made an appointment to replace my windshield at Bennett Glass several weeks ahead of time and after I dropped off my car, they called to tell me that they did not have the proper molding trim for my vehicle and that none of their suppliers had it either. I was asked if I wanted to continue with the replacement using generic molding trim or order the part myself. Since I need the car and didnt want to deal with the hassle of scheduling a new appointment, I told them to go ahead with the generic. I am very disappointed that Bennett Glass did not take the time to check if they had the proper materials before my appointment date and notify me before I dropped my car off, they literally had weeks to do this. Also, its a bit unfair that my insurance is billed for auto glass replacement which includes molding trim, but if I had wanted to use the type specific to my vehicle at Bennett, then I would have to spend $90+ of my own money. Im not a car glass expert and was hoping that the experience with Bennett would be convenient, but instead, I had to spend time researching windshield parts and make a quick decision on something that I know little about. All in all, I eventually received a replacement that Im not happy with. Overall, I would suggest going to another company that makes replacing a windshield easier on their customers and respects their time by letting them know of issues before the customer drops the car off.
