Hilton Garden Inn Prescott Downtown

A spotless modern hotel with a great restaurant and bar. Laundry facilities, pool, hot tub too. Rooms are furnished nicely. Recommend a corner room with a balcony! Walkability: Close to everything Prescott

So overall our stay, there was pretty good. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable. The location was fabulous. Just a couple of dislikes. First, I would definitely say the room service. We had left the room and came back early afternoon and our room still wasnt serviced. I think it took a little longer than it should have but maybe there is a lack of staff as there is at many places these days, Im not sure. The second thing was the very next day the room was serviced, but the trash was not collected, the room was fairly vacuumed, and the lotions and soaps were not refilled. Really no big deal but for a Hilton it was a little surprising. I do want to address the major issue that bothered me and Im not really sure anything can be done about this or not because Im not sure that the park behind the Hilton that is connected by a bridge is public land, or if that belongs to the Hilton. We were excited that there was a park right behind the hotel, with a playground and walking paths. However, with the homeless that wanders around that park and sleeps on the ground at night, it was very uncomfortable. That is not a place that I felt comfortable walking around. I always felt like I had to look around to see if someone was approaching me. Also, there was the presence of police driving around through that park every day. While Im glad the police are present. It also concerns me a bit that they have to be there to begin with. Lastly, Id like to leave a very positive note Shining the light on a wonderful employee. I believe her name Is Karen. She works in the restaurant at breakfast time. Shes a lovely lady with sort of high white/blonde hair. She was just incredibly kind, helpful and professional. Great location, clean rooms and awesome staff! Rooms: Very comfortable rooms. Nice beds.

Sayed in HGI 2 weeks ago in CA and it felt dirty and cheap. This weekend we stayed at the HGI in Prescott and it was an entire 180! Everything was bright, clean, open. Our room was open and spacious. The on site restaurant breakfast was delicious. We loved the location, so many things in walking distance. Very happy with this location, will return

Great stay because of the great staff and restaurant is excellent. Good drinks and food.
