This is one of the best doctors' offices. The front office staff were efficient and happy and a joy. I had some testing done by Dr Shayya and his staff they were both kind and gentle. I would highly recommend this office and staff. Thank you

Genuinely speaking. Phones are always so busy and cannot get ahold of anyone. You will get surprise bills from them months later with no explaining on the bill itself. You wont meet the main doctor there. They are in it for big pharma and nothing more. I had brain surgery 6 months ago and I wouldnt recommend them. No compassion or true help.

The Neurology didn't even send me the form that they were supposed to fill out and send to me today. Dr Luay Shayya, the neurologist I saw yesterday didn't keep his word. I didnt think he cared about me. I wasted a few hours with him and the interpreter yesterday. I'm having a hard time entering the new portal that he created for his patients.

I've had a great experience at this practice so far. Every one of the staff has been exceptional! Great balance of friendly, professional, humourous and informative. Everyone seems in sync. They made me feel comfortable and cared for from the front desk, and through each minute, of each test. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs neurological care. They are by far the best neurology facility I've been to!
