        I tried to reschedule an appt , they have the worst answering service ever!

        Was never explained when I made the appointment that there were gonna be two appts. One with an audiologist and then another time to see the provider. So when I received a text message with a new time I thought his appt was changed. They should definitely inform their patients of that! Extremely annoyed!!!
