What a great place to visit when youre in need of a little inspiration or fabric therapy. Took a two day class on quilt automation on the longarm and it was very helpful-my head is filled with all sorts of new info that I need to spend time exploring. Planning on attending a bag class soon! Store is well laid out and staff super helpful. This is one of my favorite quilt stores in the Surprise area. You wont be disappointed!

I have visited this shop frequently and selected them to purchase a new higher end Bernina machine. There was a discrepancy between the inventory list of what they said should be included in my purchase and what I actually received. Minimal dollars but still missing. The (asst?) manager told me it was a printing error and the store would do nothing for me. I reached out to the owner by phone and then be email. Both she ignored. I then reached out to Bernina directly and they resolved the issue promptly and sweetly. My concern is future issues with a very expensive machine. The owner has already exhibited she is not customer centric. I feel I will have to deal with Bernina directly on any warranty issues. This said, I still gave them 3 stars, for the employees helpfulness with fabric and accessories. Also I attended an excellent embroidery class led by Jan, very kind and helpful. I do not recommend purchasing a machine from this shop, as even if you have documentation the owner does not honor it.
