Lights out in parking lot No shuttle service Hotel smells Computers were down Carpets are filthy Tiles cracked Carpet has rips in it No dinner menue, just snack food and overpriced. Limited staff no maintenence on site. EMPTY sanitizer STATION. Way over priced for our stay Would never recommend this place. -5 on a scale of 10

My experience at the Wyndham Phoenix Airport/Tempe hotel was dreadful! I am truly disappointed with my time spent there. It did not meet its expectations whatsoever. Throughout the course of 2 days I found cockroaches, stains, moldy food, out of order elevator, zero room service, broken handles, and even broken ventilation. I came here with my family expecting an enjoyable, pleasant, family friendly hotel. But instead received the complete opposite. I am at a loss of words, there is so many false advertisement and foul things that makes this hotel truly unbearable. Its just not worth the money, and I would advise you all to find another hotel!

Cockroaches & Creeps - DO NOT STAY HERE!! Especially if you have children. HUGE safety hazard. We had a very bad & creepy experience during our stay here.. Thankfully we did have comped nights, but its absurd for someone to pay $179 a night when this is the quality of one of those shady $50 hotels. We had our service dog approved to stay with us and she was staying in the room while we ran to the store, so we had placed a do not disturb sign on the door since we would be returning soon.. when we get back to the room my bag looks like its been rummaged through. As we are walking down to the pool the man (who checks people in at the front desk) is walking down the hall and stops us and says he had to charge my card a $50 fee for someone complaining about the dog barking. Which I totally understand if she was! HOWEVER he goes on to say how he went into our room when we were not there & when there was a do not disturb sign on the door.. then proceeds to follow us into the elevator when he was originally going to other direction, and starts trying to be intimidating WHILE my 3 year old is there. It was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate behavior. This then brought my mind back to the 1st day when we had requested a microwave and the same man said he would leave it outside our door for us since we were heading down to the pool. Then later that night I open the closet and the microwave was in there. So he obviously went in there again when we werent there. The whole last night there I could not sleep in fear of him coming in during the night! Just a terrible feeling. If you are thinking of staying here please dont, there are many other option close by! The outdoor pool area may look nice in the pictures online, but the fireplace doesnt work and the pool was dirty with cracked tiles all over the place that my daughter actually cut her hand on while swimming in the pool. And to top it off upon first checking in, they are doing construction and the workers on the roof were cat calling me as I walked into the hotel while holding my 3 year old daughter.. Unsafe, Dirty & Cockroaches. Safety: Ive never felt so unsafe at a hotel before, and the deadbolt was broken.

Updated Review: DO NOT STAY HERE. They double charged me and it's been a nightmare getting a refund. Original Review: Filthy and outdated. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ended up leaving early and only spent a total of 6 hours in this hotel across 2 nights. Seriously - go somewhere else. The carpet was sticky and the bathroom had mold on the ceilings. The bed sagged. The worst part was that the balcony door wouldn't lock, took me 10 minutes to get it to line up so it'd lock. Strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel including lobbies, hallways and the room. No airport shuttle despite the website saying they do.
