Warning. Wolf's in sheep's clothing. Had to give away 5th wheel and ATV asking with all goods just to get away from owners harassment and abuse. Has been an utter nightmare. Dog attacked, personal attacks etc. Go see before you sign. Or check police dept records for event with owner that occurred around 4.17.24 when owner harassed even the police officer who escorted me to get goods. He said let's get out of here and we left as owner had to back up because he had USS blocked in on dirt road. You can get the case number with video and police report to see for yourself. Imagine leaving all your goods to a nice man who lives there, just to get away. Well that's what I've done. So warning warning go elsewhere or see this place before you sign anything. Dirty, druggers and drinks abound. Not maintained with horrible road you'll get flats on. And the people will talk negativity all day. These are people caught in that negative polarity of life and seek to pull you in. Or they'll harass you until you've no choice but to leave. Utterly shocking and sick. Dog still scared due to pit bull attack the owner Jim defended because Betsy the pit bull owner shirts Jim's dogs. And I'm temporary so I got so harassed. Wolverine in a sheep's outfit. This goes for staff who won't make you feel welcomed. Good luck should you go, you'll need it.

Dog attacked by put bull, owner didn't care but defended pit bull owner because she sits his dogs. Tried to leave over 2 month period but get so harassed by owner and staff that I leave to Colorado each time. Gave away a small built home and ATV just to get away. Drunks and drugger surrounding you. Owner selling place but doesn't disclose it. Owner on video harassing myself and even my police escort. Have had to get attorney just to leave. Imagined that. Place is utterly dirty and brown water, electricity partial. People nasty unless your a drunk or hide away in RV. Roads not well maintained and you'll get flats often. Owner will back stab you. Days ones thing yet does another, beware.. poop and trash everywhere. Dust and dirt everywhere. And people who won't help you because they fear the owner selling them assist you. If you brush up against owner all will be against you like a pack of wild dogs. You've been warned. Many other places close by. I'd suggest you drive around this place before staying. Oh, rules aren't followed. Lights on all night and generators running all the time. It's not at all peaceful. Good luck should you try it.. you'll need much luck. As a disabled veteran I'd rather be at war then deal with this place. So much more to say bad. But you'll find out should you go.

Love the slow pace. Stars, moon, and sunsets are amazing. Great group of people here.
