        We were there for a private birthday party. The place had a lot of things for the kids to do. Some of it was more worn down or warn out than other things. This is to be expected as it's there for kids to play with.

        There were lots of fun things to do, especially for a rainy day like the day we went. Quite a few toys had dead batteries, so they were obsolete. The other things were still entertaining, though. Definitely geared towards younger kids, in my opinion. I'd say 1-6 years old.

        We always love Steam Ahead! The owners are very friendly and hands on with the kids. The older kids (5 & 6) have fun doing the experiments they offer as add ons. There's lots of hands on activities for my youngest (2) as well. It's very clean. We had my 5 year olds birthday party here last year and it was a hit with everyone too! So fun!
