John Mark Goings Allstate Insurance in Cabot, Arkansas - agent John Mark will not speak to his policy holders, he will not take a call, he will not reply to email or specific request for a policy review with his clients. I have called, email and spoke with staff in the office. I have been a policy holder of this agency for 30 years. When his father J Mark owned the agency a policy owner was treated with respect and provided a professional level of service. I have tried and tried to visit with my agent. My policies are out of date with current economic trends and I need my agent to take the time to review mitigation options to better protect my family. I pay my policy in good faith and receive absolutely zero response / service from my agent. I am considering filing complaints with every federal and state agency I can think of and I am actively shopping other insurance providers. Let the customer beware that John Mark Goings is a disappointing agent who, in my case, has only collected his commission and provided zero benefit to my family.
