Called them because air conditioning unit not coming on. Repair man cam and said he fixed it but did not. Inside unit running hot air, outside unit not coming on at all. Called to get someone back but no one will return my calls and no one will come fix the unit. He charged me 238.00 dollars, and knew it was not working when he left. It is very hot outside, I am a senior citizen and female, I guess I was an easy target. Service: A/C system repair

We have had them service and and repair my HVAC for years. Rick came out this morning and I can't say enough about how efficient he is. He had my AC taken apart and fixed in under 10 minutes. These beautiful people. I have had the worst time with my A/C FOR YEARS. they told me the first time they came out 3 years ago that the company that sold me the trailer that they sold me mixed matched outdoor indoor units. I couldn't afford to replace it until this year but when ever I had an issue with my indoor unit they would come out within an hour of me calling and were always great. Professional. Courteous. They made me laugh and calmed my worries. My indoor unit finally gave out 2 weeks ago. Not only did they get a new unit that matched my outdoor unit in a couple of days they came out and replaced it in less than 2 hours. Their pricing is VERY reasonable. I won't ever use anyone else for my A/C issues.
