Rameshia provided excellent customer support for me when I was wanting to figure out the taxes on my new car I had just purchased she also had gotten me my new motorcycle license endorsement a week back and was very friendly and funny and made the experience pleasant.

It was busy, but they've improved the number of employees working. They also saw it getting busy, so they ran a tag renewal only line momentarily to get us out and leave the other issues there. This emptied quite a few seats rather quickly. Good experience because I was one of those people, lol

I moved into the area about a year ago from Illinois and I have to say Ive always had positive encounters at this DMV / Revenue office. Ive needed to stop by this location at least 6 times since the move and every clerk that helped me was amazingly helpful and friendly. Also, the wait times (varied from 2 to 40 minutes) are much shorter than my experiences in Illinois. I like the fact that they will allow you to return the same day if needed without having to pull another number (so that you dont have to wait at the end of the line again). They didnt have that option where I came from ;) Fayetteville Revenue Office, keep up the good work!

The best DMV experience I ever had. I had the absolute pleasure of talking to sherell while getting my license, and she is a lovely women! She cares about the people she talks to, and seems to enjoy her job! She was also very informative which was helpful because I am a new resident. Someone needs to get her a raise ASAP!
