        Love my Girls at the south side! Karen, Shella, Shanna, Peyton, Ashten are the best! Also the main bank! Tracy and Amanda, Alisha, Sherry, Livi, Julie. Also, Jerry and Angel at Hackett, Betty at the small bank , and my favorite book keeper Sandy!

        I called to ask a question and the lady that answered the phone heard my question was super rude and then she hung up. Ive been banking with them for over ten years and thats the treatment I get I think Im gonna go ahead and look for a new bank.

        The bank offers little beyond local availability but theyre still a headache, could tolerate if their customer service skills even were attempted. Avoid if you can.

        Unprofessional , unpleasant and impolite. They do not greet well or offer names. If you inquire about opening an account they do not offer to let you discuss any of the options with the proper people. (Did I mention they offer 8 styles of accounts?) Overall, bank somewhere else.
