Chris (property manager) has been so attentive to any questions or concerns I have had. Always gets my work orders completed very quickly and efficiently. Mike, one of the Maintenace guys, is also phenomenal, always checks on me, and gets things fixed the right way and quickly! Props to both of these guys, they've gone above and beyond for me.

My family and I moved to Arkansas from out of state, and had the hardest time trying to find something clean, affordable and with good management. THANK GOD FOR CHRIS AT ANDERSON POINT. Without him and this place, we wouldnt know what to do. Everything is so cleaned up, the people are great. We immediately felt safe and at home here. I love working with Chris and cant wait to see what the year brings.

Me and my husband have called this home for MANY YEARS! THANK GOD FOR MR. CHRIS ! professional, kind, and the level he has brought up the park to is AMAZING it's now a safe beautiful place to live!

Mr. Chris is an amazing person and has done so much for the community. He is always on top of everything and makes sure his tenants are comfortable. Its a very quiet community and the park is a plus. Overall I give this place 5 stars and am glad to call it home.
