One thing I have finally learned is don't leave reviews until I am on the right medication. Thanks to Quachita Behavioral Health I followed their suggestion and went to Levi Hospital for 5 days and was openly honest with my Dr and treated the staff with respect and I received the same respect in return and I am finally on the right medication and I will be doing follow up therapy every two weeks at Quachita Behavioral Health. We have to understand there is only one therapist or psychiatrist for every 100 of us patients. We have to practice our patience and realize they are human as well and are just trying to help us. Sometimes time plays a factor beyond our control. Just keep staying on the path that is givin to you. If it doesn't concern you, stay on your path.

Very professional front office staff. They helped me figure out my next steps and the financial piece of the process. My therapist listened to my issues without judgment and helped me with my issues. We have a treatment plan in place and I feel better about my future. I felt better in just my first visit!

I waited for an hour to be seen for my initial intake interview to be fitted with a therapist for them to say they had to schedule it for next week. They knew how busy they were when they let me wait an hour and didnt say anything. I was the only one waiting in the waiting room. They just didnt want to work. If I was suicidal, that would have told me they didnt care either.
